Jeff Welsh had a profound Near-Death/Out of Body experience in 1981 following a high-impact motorcycle crash. He remembers looking down and watching the accident take place before experiencing what he describes as the presence of God. Following his NDE, Jeff returned to his body and made an incredible recovery. It has taken quite some time for him to be ready to share his experience with others.
